Managing Your Racing Data

All online data suppliers provide downloads of compressed files that must be extracted to use with their own software and Speed V6.

All suppliers have early versions of cards without post positions, etc. and require an update if you want them.

The diagram below shows how we recommend you set up folders to manage your data.

Note the “SpeedHandicapperV6” folder is set up automatically when you install Speed V6.

Except for Post Time Daily (PTD), which also automatically sets up a Data Export folder, we recommend you set up a folder for your downloaded data files using the PTD model (see the PTD detail page).
